OFFFOLD - TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the services, software, APIs, or websites provided by Offfold ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Offfold provides cloud-based software tools, automation pipelines, and developer APIs. The Service is made available under subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Advanced) with monthly or annual billing intervals, including optional trial periods.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When purchasing a subscription to Offfold, you will be billed by Paddle and you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal link provided in your receipt email, via paddle.net, or by contacting our support team at support@offfold.com.
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, interfering with service operations, transmitting malicious software, or violating applicable international laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offfold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
