1. 7-Day Free Trial

All new subscription plans for Offfold include an optional 7-Day Free Trial. During this trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any charge.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to the free trial, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of the initial payment. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any technical reason or service unavailability, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any moment. When canceled:
1. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
2. You will not be charged again on the subsequent billing date.
3. Cancellation can be performed instantly via your receipt link at paddle.net or by emailing support@offfold.com.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:
- Contact our Merchant of Record, Paddle, directly via paddle.net with your order number.
- Or send an email to support@offfold.com with the subject line Refund Request: [Order ID].
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
