- Contact & Account Data: Email address and communication records when you reach out for customer support or purchase product licenses.
- Technical & Usage Data: Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) necessary for server security and operational stability. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies or third-party behavioral advertising pixels.
All customer orders, transactions, and payments are processed exclusively through our Merchant of Record (MoR), Waffo Pancake (Waffo).
Zero Cardholder Data Storage: Offfold never collects, processes, or stores your complete credit card number, CVV/CVC, or financial authentication credentials. All sensitive payment data is entered directly into Waffo's PCI-DSS compliant hosted checkout.
We only receive confirmation data from Waffo Pancake necessary to fulfill your order, including transaction ID, order status, purchase timestamp, licensed product identifier, and customer email address for license activation and support.
We use the minimal information collected solely to:
1. Deliver product software licenses, keys, and order confirmations.
2. Provide technical assistance and respond to support inquiries.
3. Detect, prevent, and protect against security threats and fraudulent activities.
4. Comply with legal obligations and accounting requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is only shared with trusted third-party service providers to the minimum extent necessary to operate our business:
- Waffo Pancake: Merchant of Record, handling checkout payment processing, sales tax computation, fraud screening, and invoicing.
- Cloudflare: Website hosting, CDN, and network security infrastructure.
